General policies
- All bookings must be approved by Phyne Art by P’Azhae. You will receive a text or email to confirm your booking once it’s approved.
- Please arrive to your scheduled appointment with groomed brows and a clean face, free of makeup. Feel free to perform your daily skin care routine prior to your arrival.
- Please do not bring children to your appointment.
- Service will not be provided to anyone experiencing the following: COVID-19 symptoms or exposure to COVID-19, deep sunburn, pink eye, open wounds/lacerations, cold sores, styes, or severe acne. If you arrive to your appointment with any of the previously stated issues, your appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation fee will be applied, as per the cancellation policy.
DEPOSITS, PAYMENT METHODS, & FEES
- A $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will go towards your service. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the service.
- Cash and Debit/Credit are the only forms of payment accepted. If you decide to pay your balance in cash, please bring the exact amount, as I may not have the proper change to return.
LATE ARRIVALS, CANCELLATIONS, & NO SHOWS
- Please arrive to your appointment on time. A grace period of 10 minutes is granted. After 10 minutes of unpunctuality, a $10 late fee will be applied. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the cancellation fee per the cancellation policy.
- Debit/credit card information is required when booking a service, in virtue of my cancellation policy. Please be advised that your card will not be charged at the time of booking, aside from the non-refundable deposit. If your appointment is cancelled in light of the cancellation policy and the designated cancellation fee is not able to be processed, you will be prohibited from booking future services with Phyne Art by P’Azhae.
- No-call, no-shows will be blocked from booking future appointments with Phyne Art by P’Azhae.
